WHAT IF I DON’T WANT NUTRITION?
Some people know what they should be eating, but just can’t stick to it. If you’d like a pure hypnotherapy programme, we can discuss this at your Initial Assessment.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT HYPNOTHERAPY?
Some people are nervous or dislike the idea of hypnotherapy. If you’d just like to concentrate on nutrition, we can discuss this at your Initial Assessment.
