JO'S SUCCESS STORY

Jo Rheam, 41, mother-of-two from Buckinghamshire.

Jo came to see lowriturner.com suffering from tiredness, anxiety and a general feeling of being overwhelmed. She had a history of Post Natal Depression and had been offered anti-depressants by her doctor, but wanted to try and improve the way she felt naturally.

Jo had read a lot about food to beat depression and was trying to stick to a healthy diet, but kept sabotaging herself. When she felt anxious, she was especially vulnerable. 'I feel sick, then I want to eat rubbish'. The time before her period was a regular danger period. She had also become an apple shape, which she wanted to change.
