Hypnotherapy and Nutrition
Because changing your mind is the first step to changing your body
Stress, Anxiety and Insomnia
Would you like to be happier, but something is holding you back?
Do you have a feeling of being 'stuck' and not know what to do?
Do you feel defeated by destructive behaviours you know aren't good for you, but somehow you can't stop?
Speed therapy is a new therapy exclusive to lowriturner.com. You won't find it anywhere else.
Speed Therapy is a pure hypnotherapy technique, which involves an intensive course of 6 or more consultations. Over this course, you are enabled to 'unpack' emotional 'baggage' that may be weighing you down and contributing to behaviour you want to change. It is a technique that addresses behaviour at the very deepest level, to facilitate fundamental, long term change.
Who can Speed Therapy help?
If you have tried lots of other therapies/therapists, or read every self help book going, but still find yourself repeating unhelpful patterns of behaviour, or you have a medical condition with a psychological/stress-related element, Speed Therapy could be ideal for you.
Speed therapy may be effective for:

Compulsive behaviours such as yo-yo dieting, drinking too much, gym obsession, workaholicism, perfectionism.
IBS, eczema, psoriasis, infertility, stammering, blushing.
Low self esteem, body dysmorphia, eating disorders such as binge eating disorder and bulimia.
How does it work?
Speed Therapy is a form of hypno-analysis that addresses deep-seated reasons for dissatisfaction, unhappiness and destructive behaviour patterns and then releases them. It is based around Freudian free-association, where the client is encouraged to link and connect memories, some of which may have been suppressed, but unlike traditional free association, this is accomplished under hypnosis. 'Resistance' is reduced so that catharsis, or emotional release, happens more easily and faster.
Why is it faster?
Traditional psychotherapy can take years to deliver results. Speed Therapy is accomplished over a course of 6 hourly sessions.
Is it safe?
Hypno-analysis is a well-established and proven technique for helping people achieve behavioural change.
LOWRI TURNER SAYS:
I have many clients who, despite their best efforts, are unable to control not one, but a range of self-destructive behaviours - over-eating, drinking more than is healthy, perfectionism...
These are often highly successful, driven people and yet, their self esteem may be on the floor. They dismiss their achievements and instead berate themselves for the doughnut they should not have eaten or the glass of wine they should not have drunk.
I have other clients with medical conditions which may have a psychological/stress related element (eczema/infertility) but getting to the root of this has so far eluded them.
My normal nutrition/hypnotherapy programmes are effective for addressing single habits or identifiable physical causes of illness, but I was looking for a way to address behavioural patterns at an even deeper level. This is why I developed Speed Therapy. It is a pure hypnotherapy technique and at 6 or more sessions is undeniably intense, but if nothing else has worked for you, why not give it a try?Click here to request an appointment or phone 020 8793 3580.
