I finally had a reason for my weight battles. And, there are many other physical reasons why you may be struggling – low thyroid, high oestrogen, leptin resistance or serotonin deprivation all cause weight gain.When you come to me, my first job is work out if there is a physiological cause. Then I design a food and supplement plan to correct this. This is then backed up by hypnotherapy to keep you on track, deal with cravings and emotional eating.’
