TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We always aim to do our best for you. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you get from us, please tell us and we will endeavour to put the problem right.
Bookings can be made by email or phone. They will be confirmed by email. Appointments times and clinic location may be subject to change, although every effort will be made to avoid this. If necessary, changes will be notified by email.
Appointments last 1 hour. Please do your best to be on time, as, due to a busy schedule, if you are late for your appointment, it may not be possible to extend it into the next hour.
Should you need to cancel, please do so more than 48 hours before your agreed appointment time. Then we will not charge you. Cancellations 48 – 24 hours before are charged at 50% of the standard rate for that appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate for that appointment.
Before you come for your initial assessment, you will be asked to fill in some health questionnaires. It is important that you disclose all relevant information about your health before you begin your health plan and that you keep us informed of any new symptoms during your health plan. You should see your GP before starting any health plan and inform him/her promptly if you have any concerns about your health before, during or after your health plan.
All information that you provide during your consultations or on your health forms is confidential and will not be passed on to any third party or organisation, unless agreed. The only exceptions to this are issues involving your safety or the safety of children.
Children and young people
Children and young people under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or carer for their initial assessment. They can then attend all or part of their consultations on their own if they and their parent/carer is happy with that. For children, parental involvement is key. For teenagers, consultations can be confidential if they and their parent/carer agree that is best.

I believe in treating people as individuals.
If you come to see us as a 1-1 weight loss client, I will do my best to help you reach your goal. I do not believe in scolding, or cajoling. I prefer to empower. I think it’s really important to treat people with respect.
‘Everything I do is tailored to what my clients need. A lot of the people who come to see me are highly successful in their own fields, so I wouldn’t dream of patronising them. Instead, my role is to provide them with the tools they need to lose weight. Others do want a more prescriptive approach, so I create a ‘tighter’ programme.
At the heart of everything is the fact that I see everyone as an individual. You won’t find ‘cookie cutter’ solutions here.’
